    Our process for recruiting, checking, and onboarding Guardians.

     

     

    Guardian Backgrounds

    Guardians undergo a rigorous vetting process including an enhanced DBS check and identity check.

    Vetting

    We conduct in-person interviews with the Guardians to assess personality, attitude, and character as well as to ensure that they are passionate about working with children, are friendly, and are punctual.

    Childcare Experience

    We verify the Guardians' childcare experience and personal/professional references and confirm childcare qualifications.

    Insurance

    Guardians hold specific insurances to protect children while in public or if they travel by car. Any vehicles used are checked for MOT and road tax.

    Real Time Tracking

    The app allows parents to track bookings in real time and receive notifications. OneLane utilises tracking technology to monitor the Guardians' routes.

    Training

    Guardians undergo an onboarding session before they start to work and subsequently receive regular training throughout the year.
