By what time do I need to schedule my ride?

Rides have to be scheduled no later than 24 hrs ahead of time. The sooner, the better, as that gives us more time to match the ride request with the availability of the driver(s) you regularly have. We want you to receive the same driver(s) regularly, so that you have a familiar face each time!

We then notify you via email no later than 12 hrs ahead of the ride of the confirmed driver, with their background info, picture, and mobile number. The latter so that you can call the driver beforehand and say hi or plan a pick-up.
